Breathing with the Trees - the Health Benefits (DRAKE HALL)
OSHR 9008In this course, participants will learn the health benefits of breathing with trees. Different species of trees help maintain the strength and health of the body's organs. Consider absorbing Qi/Energy from trees when you feel scattered, need grounding, feel angry, hurt, frustrated, or carry any unhealthy emotions.
The benefits of communing with trees include their calming effect, helping you reconnect with Mother Nature, breathe in beneficial bacteria, absorb negative energy, inhale essential oils, lower cortisol and adrenaline levels, reduce blood pressure, and soothe the nervous system. This course will incorporate the medicinal qualities of trees, breathing techniques, and movement sessions.
