OLLI Experience: Oktoberfest at Maxline Brewing: German Cuisine & Craft Beer (Maxline Brewing)
OSHR 1044Celebrate the flavors of Oktoberfest at Maxline Brewing with a hands-on culinary workshop that explores craft beer in three ways—as a beverage, a pairing partner, and a cooking ingredient. In this interactive class, participants will discover how traditional German dishes and local brews come together to create a flavorful experience. On the menu: Obatzda (Bavarian cheese dip) served with fresh vegetables and pretzel bites; beer-simmered bratwurst with apple-horseradish chutney and cucumber-dill salad; and apple crumble in classic German streusel style, featuring tender baked apples beneath a golden topping with crunchy almonds. Each course will be expertly paired with Maxline craft beers, and Chef Tetiana will share culinary techniques, pairing principles, and practical tips that participants can bring into their own kitchens. Join us for an afternoon of great beer, authentic and delectable German food, and a lively culinary journey you won't soon forget. Prost!
