OLLI Experience: Returning to Stillness: A Retreat for Rest and Reflection (Primrose Studio)
OSHR 1058In the midst of busy lives, it can be easy to lose touch with the quiet presence always available within us. This daylong retreat offers an opportunity to slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect with a sense of stillness and ease. Through guided mindfulness practices—including sitting and walking meditation, compassion practices, and silent reflection—participants will explore simple ways to calm the mind and connect with the wisdom of the heart. No prior meditation experience is required; all who are interested in cultivating greater presence, clarity, and inner calm are welcome. This retreat is offered in collaboration with Day Away Retreats, an organization dedicated to making the benefits of retreat practice accessible through thoughtfully guided daylong experiences.
