In this course, participants are invited to explore the foundations of yoga in a way that is accessible, supportive, and nourishing for every body. Rooted in tradition, this class weaves together simple teachings from yogic philosophy with practical tools for everyday life. Each session includes guided meditation and breathwork to calm the nervous system, support mental clarity, and cultivate presence. The physical practice focuses on gentle, functional movement, with all postures done from a chair—helping build strength, improve mobility, and move with greater ease and confidence. This course is not about perfect poses, but about learning to listen to your body and develop a mindful, sustainable relationship with yourself. Whether you are new to yoga or returning in a new season of life, this is a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect.
