OLLI Bonus: The Nature of Connection: How to Move as One (DRAKE HALL)
OSHR 3405Feeling stuck, scattered, or ready for a reset? In this immersive experience, participants will engage in a blend of guided conversation, movement, and reflection designed to foster connection—with themselves, others, and the broader rhythms of daily life. Participants will explore how patterns of disconnection develop and consider alternative ways of engaging with change and uncertainty.
What participants will experience: The Nature of Connection by reflecting on ways to reconnect with a deeper sense of rhythm and alignment in everyday life; The MOVES Method in Action by engaging in a structured, interactive conversation designed to support insight, decision-making, and next steps; Embodied Awareness by using simple movement and presence-based practices to shift from overthinking to greater clarity and focus; Meaningful Connection by practicing new approaches to communication through listening, shared movement, and authentic interaction. Participants will gain greater clarity on current priorities and an increased confidence in identifying next steps
